No. A project can be a full build from scratch, or a piece of work inside a larger product. Or a review of something that already exists, or a team that joins yours and stays.

Often we do. We can add individual specialists to the team you have, or run a separate team alongside it. Your process and your priorities stay yours.

An engineering team works on your project through us. Hiring means the person joins your company on your payroll. Some companies start with a team and hire permanently later.

For most work, weeks rather than months. A single specialist is usually faster than a full team. And a hire for your own payroll takes longest.

Yes. Our specialists are in several countries and time zones. That's what makes it possible to find a specific skill quickly, instead of waiting months.

By default it's yours. In your own repositories and accounts, handed over as we go rather than at the end. Anything different is agreed in writing before work starts.

Whatever you need. Maintenance, security updates, monitoring, performance work and new features. As an ongoing agreement, a monthly block of time, or occasional help.

Most of our work is covered by confidentiality agreements. So we don't publish client names. We can talk through relevant examples in a call.
